Responsibilities
- Assist in managing litigation discovery by organizing, reviewing, and processing large volumes of documents and evidence
- Support attorneys in drafting legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence with clarity and precision
- Coordinate procedural law requirements to ensure compliance with court deadlines and filing procedures
- Facilitate communication within legal teams, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and tracking action items
- Maintain meticulous case files, records, and logs to ensure accessibility and accuracy at all times
- Proven experience managing legal teams or supporting multiple attorneys in a litigation setting
- Strong knowledge of procedural law and courtroom procedures to navigate case workflows efficiently
- Hands-on experience assisting with litigation discovery processes, including document review and production coordination
- Excellent legal writing skills for drafting memos, reports, pleadings, and correspondence with clarity and professionalism
