We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Middle School Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our school. Duties

• Greet visitors, students, parents, and staff with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Manage multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries promptly and courteously.
• Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and proofreading of documents.
• Support office management tasks such as calendar management, scheduling appointments, and organizing files.
• Assist with clerical duties including typing correspondence, preparing reports, and managing office supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions and resolving issues efficiently.
• Use computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace applications, and QuickBooks for bookkeeping and record keeping.

Skills

• Proven experience working at a front desk or reception area in an office or school setting.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Proficiency in computer literacy including data entry, typing speed, proofreading, and office software tools.
• Familiarity with office management procedures such as filing systems, calendar management, and bookkeeping.
• Ability to handle high-volume phone calls using multi-line systems with professionalism.
• Customer service orientation with a friendly attitude and problem-solving skills.
