Duties
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and order picker equipment to ensure timely fulfillment
- Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely to load and unload shipments
- Manage inventory using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems such as AS400 and MRP software for stock control and order processing
- Prepare shipments for dispatch by packaging products securely according to shipping & receiving standards and trade compliance regulations
- Maintain accurate records of stock movements, order picking, packing, and shipping activities for audit purposes
- Assist with stocking shelves, organizing warehouse distribution areas, and ensuring optimal storage practices
- Collaborate with shipping logistics teams to coordinate international trade regulations and ensure compliance with customs requirements
Qualifications
- Prior warehouse experience with familiarity in warehouse distribution, stocking, and order fulfillment processes
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems like AS400, and RF scanners for inventory tracking
- Certification or experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and trade compliance knowledge preferred
- Strong understanding of shipping logistics, international trade regulations, and packaging standards for e-commerce shipments
- Basic math skills for inventory counts, measurements, and order calculations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude toward safety protocols and team collaboration
