Duties

• Assist in managing daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and optimal productivity
• Support inventory management, including stock control, merchandising, and replenishment to maximize sales opportunities
• Oversee cashiering activities, cash handling, and POS (Point of Sale) systems to ensure accuracy and security
• Coordinate purchasing, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to boost store profitability
• Implement operational policies and procedures aligned with company standards while maintaining compliance with safety regulations
• Participate in recruiting efforts by interviewing candidates, conducting employee orientations, and onboarding new staff
• Support marketing initiatives to increase store visibility and customer engagement
• Handle administrative tasks such as payroll processing, bookkeeping, budgeting, and inventory control

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively and manage managerial conversations confidently
• Familiarity with purchasing processes, pricing strategies, merchandising techniques, and marketing fundamentals
• Basic math skills necessary for retail math calculations such as sales tracking and inventory valuation
• Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
