As a Client Service Representative at The Pet Retreat, you will be instrumental in supporting the facility’s reputation for high-quality care. This role emphasizes attention to detail, multi-tasking, and strong communication skills to ensure accurate documentation, effective client interactions, and seamless coordination of pet care services.

Full Time Position Shifts:
Three 10 hour shifts Mon-Fri 7:30a - 6:00p
At least one 5 hour shift Saturday or Sunday 8:30a - 1:30p
Part Time Position Shifts:
Two to Five shifts Mon-Sun, ranging 5 hours to 10 hours.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and multitask effectively.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures.
- Must be comfortable working with both cats and dogs.
- Skills with computers & clerical work is a plus
- Knowledge of Gingr/ Smartflow or ezVet software is a plus
- Medical Experience / Knowledge is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Handle telephone, email, and text communications with professionalism and care.
- Document detailed information regarding medication, feeding, and care schedules for boarding pets during intake check-ins.
- Schedule boarding and related appointments (baths, enrichments, hospital clinic services, etc.)
- Create detailed profiles for clients and pets.
- Prepare invoices and process payments.
- Maintain accurate immunization records.
- Explain our facility and services in detail, including providing tours to clients.
- Check out pets, providing owners with detailed updates on their stay.
- Monitor pets' physical condition and behavior, providing updates to owners.
- Assist in the physical intake and release of pets, engaging confidently with all breeds of cats and dogs.
- Assist with janitorial tasks.
