🌟 What You’ll Do

You’ll lead a talented team of database engineers and developers to:

• Architect and manage enterprise data warehouse and data mart solutions.
• Build and optimize data pipelines connecting ERP, MES, CRM, and other business systems.
• Integrate systems across manufacturing, finance, and operations using modern ETL/ELT and API tools.
• Ensure security, reliability, and performance across all database environments.
• Collaborate with business and IT leaders to design solutions that drive smarter, faster decision-making.
• Champion continuous improvement — from data modeling and governance to automation and analytics enablement.

You’ll play a pivotal role in Malibu’s digital transformation, connecting systems, people, and insights to deliver the next wave of innovation.

💡 What You Bring

• 8 years in Information Technology, with 5 years in data, analytics, or integration roles.
• 2 years of leadership experience guiding high-performing technical teams.
• Deep expertise in SQL Server, T-SQL, SSIS, ETL/ELT tools (Azure Data Factory, Boomi, Informatica, etc.).
• Strong understanding of data architecture, governance, and security.
• Experience integrating ERP, MES, CRM, and manufacturing systems.
• Cloud exposure (Azure, AWS) and BI familiarity (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, can-do spirit.
