Responsibilities
- Greet and check in guests with professionalism and warmth
- Create a welcoming, luxury experience for every guest
- Manage phone, online, and in-person bookings
- Guide guests to the correct services and service timing
- Maintain smooth salon flow and support stylists throughout the day
- Promote add-on services, memberships, and retail products
- Process payments, gift cards, and memberships accurately
- Handle guest concerns calmly and professionally
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
- Open and close the salon as scheduled

Qualifications
- Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Salon, spa, or luxury retail experience a plus
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
