OBJECTIVES
- Schedule appointments for HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical service.
- Ensure a company-wide commitment to quality and total customer satisfaction.
- Perform follow-up customer satisfaction calls.
- Work with dispatch to improve accuracy in scheduling and speed of response.
- Be willing to actively participate in continuous CSR training.
COMPETENCIES
- Must pass background check and drug test
- Must be willing to answer on-call phone calls on a rotating schedule
- Work well as a team player in a team setting.
- Goal-oriented, dedication to your work and willingness to learn.
- Successful work experience in the area of customer service or sales, preferred.
- Superior organizational and task management skills.
- Ability to professionally resolve any customer concern or complaint and assure total customer satisfaction.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Sitting at a desk for most, if not all, of the day.
EDUCATION:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- On-site training and continued education will be provided.
- 2 years or more in customer service experience, preferred.
COMPENSATION:
- This position will earn an hourly compensation including the opportunity to make commissions and incentives.
SCHEDULE:
- Working hours for this position are Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm with a 60-minute lunch break. Taking on-call phone calls will also occur on a rotating schedule.
