The Role We're looking for a proactive Lead Recruiter to own full-cycle hiring across multiple divisions and portfolio companies. You'll partner directly with leadership to source, screen, and close top talent while helping build scalable recruiting infrastructure.
What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple business units
- Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
- Conduct phone/video screens and coordinate interviews
- Write job descriptions and recruitment content
- Maintain ATS records and report on key hiring metrics
- Support employer branding and process improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Indeed, and ATS platforms
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Self-starter who can work independently and handle multiple roles simultaneously
- High professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or equivalent experience preferred
Compensation & Growth This is a 100% commission-based role, you earn 15–20% of your recruits' total monthly commissions (months 4–12 of each recruit's tenure), with no cap on recruits or earnings. As Maldona Equity closes its 5th–7th acquisition, this role converts to a full-time, salaried Director of
Talent Acquisition with performance bonuses.
