- Monitor social listening tools to gauge audience sentiment, identify trends, and respond proactively to community interactions.
- Analyze social media analytics and web analytics data using Google Analytics and other marketing performance tools to optimize content strategies.
- Collaborate with public relations teams to ensure consistent branding and effective communication during campaigns or crisis situations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing performance monitoring.
- Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and media editing tools for video editing and photo enhancement.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and web analytics for measuring campaign success.
- Familiarity with social media management applications such as Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and analytics tracking.
- Knowledge of social listening techniques, social media communication best practices, and relationship management skills.
- Experience in executing social media marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
