What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Services QIDP position at Malcolm Eaton Enterprises?
Qualifications: Hold at least a bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields: psychology, social work, human services, or related field. Have at least one year of experience working directly with individuals with intellectual disability or other developmental disabilities.
Primary Function: As the Residential Services QIDP you will document activities of the Community Integrated Living Arrangement (CILA) Program; including Interdisciplinary Team Facilitation, advocating for the needs of assigned consumers, maintenance of consumer files, program evaluation, training, home site visits, and documentation of social exchange and planned recreational activities. Ensures that the Department of Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Rule 115 is interpreted and applied correctly for all CILA consumers, in the homes in which they live. Ensuring appointments are kept providing transportation services as needed. Establishing and maintaining all training and work schedules for all CILA Support staff. As a member of the MEE staff, the Residential Services QIDP is also responsible for protecting and advocating for consumer rights.
