HVAC Estimator / HVAC Sales

This is a full-time opportunity for an Estimator / Sales in the Wausau and surrounding areas. Malbrit Mechanical is a well-established HVAC Contractor with a long history of exemplary work. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic with a drive to complete projects of the highest quality.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Independently organizing daily activities in the most efficient manner.
* Regular travel to jobsites in the immediate Wausau area and beyond as required.
* Building and maintaining client relationships through regular communication.
* Ordering and managing equipment and supplies efficiently for projects.
* Preparing accurate estimates and competitive bids.
* Work with other Building Trades to ensure projects are completed on time.
* A general knowledge of HVAC and/or field service or installation experience a plus.

HVAC Estimator / Sales Description of Duties:
Attend Job Meetings & Visit Jobsites.
Determine project start dates, billing information, and schedule of project.
Provide Estimates to Contractors and Customers in required timeframe.
Follow-Up on jobs bid to Contractors and Customers.
When Job is awarded, complete and return Job Documents.
Organize Job Folder, manage equipment order/delivery, and job schedule.
Provide purchase orders for subs and suppliers and organize materials.
Maintain Billing Schedule per subcontract documents.
Provide Close-Out documents for completed projects.
Maintain good working relationship with Contractors and employees.
Computer skills and office work required.
This is an in-person, on-site job. Applicant must live in the Wausau/Surrounding Area.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year
