Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying potential customers, presenting solar solutions, and guiding prospects through the sales process from initial contact to closing. Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage diverse customers respectfully and clearly.
- Proven Sales experience with the ability to meet or exceed targets and effectively manage the sales pipeline.
- Background in Training or coaching to help educate customers and support team learning.
- Experience or interest in Sales Management, including organizing activities, tracking performance, or leading small teams.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Honolulu, HI, with reliable self-management and time management skills.
- Comfort with basic technology tools (CRM systems, email, video calls, and presentation software).
- Knowledge of or interest in renewable energy or solar solutions; prior industry experience is a plus.
