Site Operations
- Direct all day-to-day facilities operations across the assigned site.
- Ensure building systems operate safely, efficiently, and reliably.
- Develop operational plans that align with client and company objectives.
- Maintain service levels in accordance with contractual SLAs and KPIs.
- Lead emergency response and business continuity activities.
- Lead supervisors, technicians, custodial staff, and administrative personnel.
- Recruit, develop, coach, and retain high-performing teams.
- Conduct performance evaluations and career development planning.
- Foster a culture of safety, accountability, continuous improvement, and customer service.
- Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and workforce planning.
- Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets.
