We are hiring Mobile Maintenance Mechanics to support commercial facilities across the Denver area. This is a great opportunity for hands-on technicians who enjoy working independently, troubleshooting building systems, and supporting multiple facilities in a mobile role.
The ideal candidate will have experience with general building maintenance, plumbing, electrical repairs, HVAC preventive maintenance, and handyman work. EPA certification is a strong plus.
What Youll Do- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building systems
- Clean HVAC coils, change filters and belts, and assist with HVAC maintenance tasks
- Repair and maintain plumbing fixtures including toilets, sinks, drains, piping, water heaters, and sump pumps
- Repair doors, locks, closers, fixtures, and general building components
- Complete painting, handyman repairs, tenant requests, and general facility maintenance
- Prioritize and complete preventive, corrective, and emergency work orders
- Update work orders in CMMS systems and communicate issues to management as needed
- Support safe and efficient facility operations across multiple sites
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in building maintenance, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or related trades
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Basic computer skills including CMMS systems and Microsoft Office
- EPA Certification is a plus
- BAS (Building Automation Systems) experience is a plus
- HVAC preventive maintenance experience preferred
- Valid drivers license required
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
- Comfortable climbing ladders up to 30 feet
- Ability to work in varying weather and temperature conditions
- Comfortable traveling between facilities throughout the assigned territory
