Location: Wilton, CT
Shift: 6:00 PM 6:00 AM | MondayFriday coverage with a 2-2-3 rotating schedule
Pay: $35$40 per hour
Were looking for an experienced Building Maintenance Technician to join a skilled facilities team supporting a high-performance commercial/industrial environment. This is a true multi-craft maintenance role where your HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and general building maintenance skills will all be put to work.

What Youll DoPerform preventive maintenance on facility equipment and systems
Inspect equipment, measure operating conditions, and identify potential issues before they become problems
Complete repairs and work orders using a CMMS
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
Perform general building repairs including walls, doors, floors, ceiling tiles, and related components
Repair plumbing systems including leaks, stoppages, sinks, piping, valves, and drains
Maintain building controls, lighting, electrical distribution, outlets, emergency lighting, and exterior lighting
Troubleshoot transformers, motors, motor starters, MCC panels, VFDs, lighting systems, wiring, and cables
Perform scheduled facility rounds and document equipment performance, temperatures, pressures, RPMs, and other operating conditions
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on dock equipment including overhead doors, dock levelers, dock locks, and seals
Communicate with customers and site leadership regarding work r
