Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full-time, on-site position based in Troy, MI. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, reviewing applications, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. The specialist will develop and maintain talent pipelines, support employer branding initiatives, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Daily activities include partnering with internal stakeholders to clarify role requirements, posting job descriptions, tracking recruitment metrics, and maintaining accurate records in applicant tracking systems. The role also involves participating in local networking events or career fairs as needed to strengthen the company’s presence and attract qualified talent.
