Duties

- Conduct product demos to showcase new or featured items, encouraging customer engagement and sales growth.
- Assist with merchandising tasks such as stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining store cleanliness.
- Upsell products by recommending complementary items to enhance customer purchases and increase store revenue.
- Maintain proper phone etiquette when assisting customers via phone or in person, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Support inventory management through stock checks, inventory counts, and reporting low-stock items to management.
Qualifications
- Previous cashiering experience with familiarity using POS systems is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills in both English and bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers effectively.
- Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership roles in retail environments is advantageous.
- Knowledge of grocery store operations, merchandising, and stock management is desirable.
