Are you a dedicated Occupational Therapist with a passion for helping clients unlock their full potential? At Mala Child & Family Institute, we are on a mission to end intergenerational cycles of trauma by offering trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming care. Our multidisciplinary approach ensures that clients of all ages receive exceptional, integrated support in a warm and collaborative environment.
We are seeking one full-time Occupational Therapist (1099 or W2) to join our Ann Arbor location. This is a unique opportunity to work in a supportive and innovative clinic where holistic, client-centered care is at the forefront.

What We're Looking For
- Education and Licensing: Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy; Licensed or license-eligible in the state of Michigan.
- Experience and Expertise: Experience working with children, adolescents, and neurodiverse individuals. Commitment to trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, and culturally sensitive care.
- Skills and Professional Qualities: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and independently. Passion for helping clients develop the skills and tools they need to succeed.

Pay: $60.00 - $90.00 per hour
