The expected pay range for this position is $95,000.00 - $125,000.00 USD annually, based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
With 2 years of hands-on Workday HCM experience, specializing in Workday Benefits, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality implementations, optimizations, and support for our clients. This role requires strong functional knowledge of Workday Benefits, a solid understanding of benefits administration and compliance, and the ability to work effectively with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate can translate regulatory, eligibility, and plan design requirements into scalable, best-practice Workday configurations. You will contribute to full-cycle project delivery, from discovery and design through configuration, testing, and deployment, ensuring clients achieve compliance, enrollment efficiency, and a positive employee experience.

Responsibilities
- Configure and implement Workday Benefits solutions, ensuring alignment with client benefit plan structures and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, analyze needs, and design solutions that align with best practices.
- Support and troubleshoot integrations with payroll, insurance carriers, and COBRA administrators.
- Assist with benefits testing cycles, including open enrollment and life event processing.
- Provide guidance on compliance with ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, and other benefits regulations.
- Work closely with other functional areas to ensure seamless end-to-end benefits administration.
- Assist in creating documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer sessions for client teams.
- Stay current on Workday releases and industry trends to recommend enhancements.
- 2 years of hands-on Workday HCM experience, with a strong focus on Workday Benefits.
- Experience in configuring, testing, and deploying Workday Benefits solutions.
- Understanding of benefits regulations (ACA, HIPAA, COBRA), plan structures, eligibility rules, and data exchange requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail in configuration and testing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and project teams.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a project team environment.
- Workday HCM – Benefits certification preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
