The expected pay range for this position is $150,000.00 - $190,000.00 USD annually, based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.

This role requires deep functional and technical expertise across Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM, Compensation, Talent and Business Process Framework. As a key member of our consulting team, the Workday Consulting Manager will lead a team of professionals in delivering high-impact Workday HCM implementations and optimizations. This role requires deep functional and technical expertise across Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM, Compensation, Talent and Business Process Framework. The ideal candidate will be adept at translating complex HR requirements into scalable Workday configurations, guiding clients through system design, data conversion, testing, and deployment to ensure successful, enterprise-grade outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Consultants, fostering collaboration and high performance.
- Collaborate with clients to understand complex business challenges and translate them into strategic Workday solutions.
- Present recommendations confidently to senior business leaders, addressing their concerns effectively.
- Enhance understanding of Workday capabilities and updates through ongoing learning and firm resources.
- Oversee the design and documentation of HR processes, including creating flowcharts and similar diagrams.
- Configure and set up Workday software in alignment with best practices.
- Manage and prioritize tasks and projects, proactively addressing potential roadblocks for smooth execution.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- 5 years of experience with Workday HCM, with a strong focus on Core HCM, Compensation, and Business Process Framework.
- Deep functional expertise in Workday configurations, compensation structures, and end-to-end business processes across HCM modules.
- Proven track record of leading and delivering successful Workday HCM implementations and optimizations across diverse industries.
- Strong coaching and mentoring abilities to build team capabilities and ensure high-quality project outcomes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior business leaders and clients.
- Demonstrated analytical skills to assess complex HCM challenges and deliver scalable, Workday-native solutions.
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field.
Salary : $150,000 - $190,000
