Responsibilities
- Lead client-facing engagements to understand business processes and propose solutions using Workday.
- Assist with the design, configuration, and testing of Workday applications for HR and accounting systems.
- Analyze client requirements, document functional specifications, and provide recommendations.
- Prepare training materials and job aids for end users to ensure smooth software adoption.
- Troubleshoot system issues and support the resolution of complex problems.
- Manage smaller projects or tasks, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and strong technical skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work closely with senior leaders.
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
- 1 years of experience in technology consulting or related fields.
