Production Associate

Job Title: Production Associate (Cross-Trained – Print, Cutting, Fulfillment & Shipping)

Our print facility is a high-volume digital print production facility specializing in wallpaper, wrapping paper, and an expanding fabric line. Position Overview

We are seeking motivated, reliable Production Associates who are eager to learn all areas of our print facility, including printing press, cutting, fulfillment, packing, and shipping. This is a cross-trained role designed for individuals who are adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a production environment.

Team members in this position will rotate between departments based on production needs and will be trained across multiple functions to support overall workflow efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Production & Press Operations

• Set up and operate digital printing presses, including loading materials and adjusting settings
• Monitor print runs to ensure quality, consistency, and efficiency
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues
• Conduct quality checks for color accuracy, print alignment, and product standards

Cutting & Finishing

• Load, set up, and operate cutting machinery
• Inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies
• Prepare printed materials for final processing

Fulfillment & Packaging

• Pick and fulfill orders based on packing slips
• Package products using appropriate materials to ensure safe delivery
• Seal rolled products using belly bands and protective tubing
• Print and apply shipping labels using internal systems

Shipping & Inventory

• Stack and organize completed orders on pallets for shipment
• Restock inventory and samples using hand scanners
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and organization

General Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production floor
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
• Communicate effectively with leads, supervisors, and team members
• Assist in other areas as needed to support production demands

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Team-oriented with a willingness to learn multiple roles
• Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs between two people
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Previous warehouse or production experience is a plus, but not required

Job Type: Full Time

Schedules:

• Monday - Friday, 8:30AM - 5PM
• Wednesday - Saturday, 8AM - 6:30PM
