Job Responsibilities:
As a Field Collections Representative, you will:
- Travel to customers’ homes to facilitate payment arrangements for past-due accounts.
- Retrieve Spectrum equipment, such as internet routers and modems, as needed.

Field Collections Representative – Qualifications
- Must have a reliable vehicle and active auto insurance
- Hold a valid driver’s license
- Own a working cell phone for daily communication
- Demonstrate strong customer service skills
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with the General Manager/Supervisor
- Comply with all federal, state, and local regulations, including COVID-19 safety guidelines
Compensation & Benefits

- Production-based pay with average earnings of $600–$800 per week
