What You’ll Do
- Visit customers at their homes to help resolve overdue account balances in a respectful and professional manner.
- Communicate clearly to explain available options.
- Stay in contact with your supervisor to provide progress updates.
- Follow all company procedures and safety guidelines, including health protocols.
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need industry experience—just the right attitude. Candidates should be:
- Comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face.
- Self-motivated and reliable in managing time and responsibilities.
- Adaptable to working in different neighborhoods and meeting new people.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license.
- Dependable vehicle with current auto insurance.
- Smartphone for basic work communication.
Pay & Benefits
- Hourly Pay: $16.50/hour, with the opportunity to earn up to $30.00 per hour based on performance and commission.
- Mileage Reimbursement: $0.55 per mile.
- Paid Training provided.
- Medical, Dental & Vision Benefits available after 60 days.
- Paid Vacation.
