Position Overview:
As an Clubhouse Amenity Attendant, you’ll be the face of our community spaces, ensuring that all residents and guests enjoy a clean, safe, and welcoming experience in our Clubhouse and shared amenities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resident Interaction & Support
- Greet and assist residents using the Clubhouse and other community amenities.
- Support resident-hosted events and functions at the Clubhouse.
- Facility & Equipment Oversight
- Monitor public areas (TV lounge, pool, grill area, etc.) for safety and cleanliness.
- Ensure all amenities (TV, games, kitchen appliances, etc.) are clean, functional, and ready for use.
- Confirm that amenities are used in accordance with community policies and restricted to residents and their accompanied guests.
- Light Housekeeping Duties
- Clean and maintain Clubhouse spaces, restrooms, and kitchen areas during and after use.
- Restock amenities, straighten furniture, and power down equipment (music, TVs, coffee makers, etc.) as needed.
- Perform general cleaning of amenity areas including pools, saunas, hot tubs, dog parks, and surrounding spaces.
- Administrative Support
- Accept packages and log work orders received after regular office hours.
- Follow a daily task schedule assigned by the Community Director.
- Secure all facilities at the end of shift (doors, lights, alarms).
- Pool & Spa Maintenance
- Test and record pool and spa chemical levels throughout the day in accordance with operational standards.
