Position Overview
MAKO is hiring a full-time Production Technician to support the daily operation of our manufacturing line. This role involves operating production and mixing equipment, preparing raw materials, and assisting in the manufacture of prepregs, structural adhesives, and specialty resin systems. The position works closely with R&D, Quality, and Production teams to ensure consistent quality and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate mixers, pumps, coaters, and related process equipment
- Accurately measure and blend materials according to batch sheets and SOPs
- Perform in-process quality checks and record production data
- Package, label, and stage finished goods for shipping or further production
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with company safety policies
- Assist in cleaning, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs of equipment
- Support materials tracking and inventory control activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production schedules and performance goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or chemical processing environment preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
- Solid basic math skills for weighing and batching operations
- Team-oriented attitude and good communication skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates encouraged to apply
- Forklift experience or certification is a plus

Additional Details
- Work Type: On-site only
- Location: Henderson, Nevada (daily commute required)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift (8-hour shifts)
- Compensation: Hourly pay with overtime opportunities
