Salary: $45,000 - $50,000 per year
Job Summary:
IT Support Analysts are the go-to people providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. They are responsible for answering queries and addressing system and user issues in a timely and professional manner. IT support works with the IT team and will often interact with users across the company. The IT Support team will train users on basic system and computer functions. Understanding and proactively maintaining daily system performance, having the ability to troubleshoot user problems, and innate follow-up and follow-through skills are all essential aspects of the IT Support Analyst’s day-to-day role.
Essential Job Duties:

- Monitor and respond quickly to incoming requests related to IT issues.
- Maintain computer systems and act as support if any system goes down.
- Responsible for PC’s, Printers, Servers, and related equipment (monitor, keyboard, mouse, hard drive, etc.)
- Maintain user PCs, including upgrades and configuration as needed.
- Assist with onboarding of new users.
- Keep inventory of all equipment, software, and license users
- Install, configure, and upgrade PC software.

Skills Required:
- General awareness of computer systems, PC repair, and network management
- Ability to deploy, configure, and support operating systems on Windows
- Understanding of Information security within systems and user devices
- Customer Service and People skills to explain technical issues to a non-tech-savvy audience
Supervisory Responsibility:
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment:
This position will work in an open office setting that is quiet, fast-paced, and fosters continuous learning, while operating under high demand/volume. This role routinely involves standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
Education and/or Experience Desired:
Bachelor’s degree from a college or university, or equivalent professional institution. Information Systems, Computer Science degree preferred, or 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
Travel: Some travel may be required for this position.
