Job Summary

This position serves as a central point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams. The main responsibility will be managing the quote lifecycle and ensuring accuracy in every step—from gathering requirements to delivering polished, trustworthy quotes.

CSC will follow up on orders, ensure client satisfaction post-sale, and help us maintain strong relationships with vendors, as well as coordinate across departments to keep quoting fast, frictionless, and reliable.

What You’ll Actually Do:

  • Coordinate with clients and vendors on quote and order status
  • Document all activities and communications in our CRM
  • Report weekly on opportunity status and quote metrics
  • Follow-up with clients regarding open quotes and approvals
  • Create accurate, timely quotes for structured cabling, hardware, renewals, and projects
  • Gather input from Technical Services for labor estimates, details, and lead times
  • Stay up to date on vendor pricing, bundles, SKUs, and lead times
  • Send quotes and documents using our electronic signature tool
  • Suggest appropriate solutions that align with client needs and budgets
  • Follow up on leads and referrals from sales and marketing activity
  • Communicate changes to delivery schedules promptly and professionally
  • Generate thank-you notes and client satisfaction follow-ups post-sale
  • Track and manage the full quote lifecycle through approval and handoff
  • Build strong, effective relationships with clients, vendors, and team members
  • Help prepare reports and close-out documentation
  • Seek opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and engagement

Qualifications and Required Skills

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in client services, sales coordination, or similar roles
  • Experience in an MSP, VAR, or IT reseller environment is a huge plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel), CRMs, and quoting tools
  • Familiarity with tools like Autotask, vendor quoting systems, and tech products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong math, data entry, and organizational abilities
  • Able to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • Positive attitude, client-focused, and self-motivated
  • Capable of juggling multiple quotes, follow-ups, and tasks without dropping the ball
