As the Executive Assistant, you serve as the essential right hand to the Executive Director. You manage the high-stakes logistics of the Executive Office with precision and discretion, serving as a professional gatekeeper and ensuring that the ED’s daily operations run seamlessly.

We need a high-level self-starter with the anticipatory thinking to solve problems before they arise. You must possess the emotional maturity to remain calm in "crisis mode" and the relational intelligence to navigate complex social dynamics.

• Experience: 4 years as an Executive Assistant supporting a senior leader (CEO, Director, or Principal), ideally in an Educational setting.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education Administration, or a related field.
• Bilingualism: Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is required.
• Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and design tools like Canva.
• Discretion: An ironclad commitment to confidentiality regarding sensitive personnel and student data.
