We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Truck Loader to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently loading and unloading freight, ensuring accurate placement of goods, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This position plays a key role in keeping our logistics operations running smoothly and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers in a timely manner
- Accurately sort, stack, and stage products according to shipment requirements
- Inspect goods for damage and report any issues to supervisors
- Secure loads properly to prevent shifting or damage during transit
- Use pallet jacks, forklifts, or other equipment (if certified)
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized loading area
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or loading experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50–75 lbs repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Basic understanding of warehouse safety practices
- Forklift certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
Work Environment:
- Warehouse setting with varying temperatures
- Physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods
- May require overtime, weekends, or flexible scheduling
Pay: $25.20 - $30.30 per hour
