Customer Service Representative
Location: Peoria, AZ
Pay: $22.00-$35.00 per hour (Depending on Experience) Bonus Opportunities Benefits

Maki Insurance is a growing independent insurance agency located in Peoria, Arizona. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our team.
We pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships with our clients. We are a locally owned agency that values teamwork, accountability, and treating every client like family.
Whether you already have insurance experience or come from another customer service background, we are willing to train the right person who has a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to build a long-term career.
This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position with no evenings or weekends.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, and coverage requests
- Maintain accurate client records and process policy changes with exceptional attention to detail
- Provide outstanding customer service by phone, email, and in person
- Work with multiple insurance carriers and computer systems
- Follow through on client requests from start to finish
- Stay organized while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced office
- Work closely with our team to deliver an exceptional client experience
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Friendly, professional, and dependable
- Strong attention to detail
- Organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks
- Comfortable learning new technology and software
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Insurance experience is preferred but not required
- We will assist the right candidate with obtaining their Arizona Property & Casualty license
