Position: Nutrition Advocate
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduling and retail duties with efficiency and attention to detail.
- Create and update patient files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist the doctor during patient consultations, providing support and patient encouragement.
- Coach clients through their health and weight loss journey with optimism and enthusiasm.
- Conduct individual consultations, conveying the doctor's findings to patients in a clear and compassionate manner.
- Manage back-office tasks including inventory and supplement management to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee the nutrition area, stocking it with educational materials to empower patients.
- Other duties as assigned to support the team and our patients' wellness goals.
Must-Have Skills:
- Excellent organizational skills

- Experienced in customer service
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.to manage various responsibilities effectively.
- Capability to direct traffic and assist patients with inquiries.
- Strong interpersonal skills
