We are seeking a polished, results-driven sales leader to elevate and expand our charter division. This role is ideal for someone who understands the private aviation landscape, thrives in a high-touch environment, and excels at building lasting relationships with both individual and corporate clients.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Charter Sales Specialists, setting the standard for performance and service excellence
- Manage and grow a portfolio of private charter clients, delivering customized flight solutions with precision and care
- Drive revenue through strategic management of inbound and outbound charter opportunities
- Provide a true white-glove experience from initial inquiry through post-flight follow-up
- Identify and cultivate new business across corporate, luxury, and VIP markets
- Collaborate closely with flight operations, maintenance, scheduling, marketing, and finance to ensure seamless execution
- Oversee pipeline performance, CRM activity (NetSuite), and sales reporting
- Represent Asend via Makers Air at industry events and within key aviation and luxury networks
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years of success in private aviation, charter sales, or luxury service environments
- Strong understanding of private charter operations and client expectations
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Experience with NetSuite, AirMax, or similar charter platforms preferred
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to operate with discretion and flexibility, including after-hours client support
