- Understanding and knowing beverage, specialty drink and wine options and be able to help guests
- Understanding of Kitchen timing and staying organized and firing food in correct timetable
- Ability to create relationships with guests and create guests for life
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to carry food and drink trays
