Food and Beverage Supervisor/ Private Dining Coordinator

The Food & Beverage Supervisor supports the daily operations of the property’s Food & Beverage outlets by balancing hands-on floor supervision with administrative and departmental support. This role helps ensure smooth service, strong team member communication, consistent standards, and a thoughtful guest experience.

This position is ideal for an organized, hospitality-focused leader who can support team members, respond to guest needs, coordinate large party details, assist with ordering and inventory, and help maintain clean, safe, and efficient operations.

Requested Tasks

• Supervise scheduled outlet shifts and support daily Food & Beverage operations.
• Assist guests with service needs, requests, and concerns.
• Provide direction, task support, and communication to team members.
• Coordinate large party details, documentation, setup needs, and follow-up.
• Support ordering, inventory, sanitation, records, and department administration.

Requested Capabilities

• Food & Beverage, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality experience.
• Strong guest service, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to stay organized and follow through on operational details.
• Basic knowledge of food safety, sanitation, ordering, and inventory.
• Ability to work a flexible, physically active schedule based on business needs.
