What are the responsibilities and job description for the Brass Eye Server - Part-Time position at Makeready LLC?
The Junto is a modern-day embodiment of Ben Franklin and his club of the same name. His “club for mutual improvement” brought together people from all backgrounds to discuss issues and ideas of the time while enjoying life. With an emphasis on public gathering spaces, our hotel gives visitors, locals, entrepreneurs, and artists alike a place to come together, exchange ideas, and inspire one another. We seek the craftsman that knows and appreciates the art of the cocktail. This individual is knowledgeable about mixology and is capable of mixing traditional drinks as well as crafting creative libations. They increase customer retention and loyalty by mixing and serving quality cocktails with impeccable customer service and a smiling face.
Requested Tasks:
- Authentically acknowledge and welcome guests with emphatic and warm hospitality
- Remain curious and knowledgeable about all product and service standards in order to elevate each guest experience
- Maintain a level of efficiency excellence while keeping an eye on cleanliness and organization
- Remaining mindful of appropriate verbiage and demeanor with team members and guests at all times
- Responsible alcohol service is of top priority
Requested Capabilities:
- Prior experience as a bartender is required
- An extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes and wine pairing options required
- A proactive and thoughtful nature
- Professional demeanor and thoughtful nature
