What are the responsibilities and job description for the Banquet Server position at Makeready LLC?
This individual's expertise goes beyond understanding of the menu; it dives much deeper into a passion for food, the local culture, and human connection. They can solve problems diplomatically and are able to create a welcoming, warm environment that leaves guests with not only a great meal, but a new inspired outlook on their surroundings. .
Requested Tasks:
- Deliver and serve guests prepared meals and culinary offerings; keep water glasses filled and tables clean
- Assist in setting up for events and banquets, as needed
- Guest-first mentality
- Assist with post-event services including breakdown and cleaning
Requested Capabilities:
- Ability to create meaningful relationships with guests
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to carry food and drink trays
- Approachable, friendly and professional
