This leader possesses the ability to inspire staff, encourage teamwork and achieve the collective goals of the Food and Beverage outlets. Your primary role is to oversee and support the front of house operations, develop, and motivate your team members and deliver an enjoyable dining experience for all.
Requested Tasks:
- Ensure that service is running effectively and smoothly
- Assist with hiring, managing and training team members
- Assist with guest requests and needs that may arise
- Process payroll and work with team members schedules
- Assist with inventory management and ordering
- Provide leadership support
- Foster a positive and engaging team culture
Requested Capabilities:
- Prior experience as Food & Beverage leader preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and highly organized
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams in a high-volume environment.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
