Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary: The Maintenance Supervisor (2nd Shift – 6 pm – 6 am continental shifts) will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations within our food manufacturing plant. This role requires a strong leader with excellent technical skills, the ability to manage a team, and a commitment to ensuring equipment reliability, safety, and efficiency. Core Responsibilities: Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians in performing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on production equipment and machinery. Collaborate with production and other departments to ensure minimal downtime and efficient production processes. Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues before they escalate. Train and develop maintenance staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and skill enhancement. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history and spare parts inventory. Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to create a secure work environment. Collaborate with the procurement department to source and purchase necessary spare parts and supplies. Qualifications: 1 years of Maintenance Lead/Supervisor experience required At least 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Experience working with vendors-setting up and managing in plant Depth of knowledge in electrical and mechanical CMMS experience preferred SAP experience or other large ERP experience preferred Project management skillset is a benefit Strong personal safety experience Strong technical skills and knowledge of industrial equipment and machinery Excellent leadership and team management abilities Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment #LI-JS2 #LI-Onsite
