What are the responsibilities and job description for the Order Fulfillment and Customer Service position at Maker Material Supply?
We are a family business located in Granbury looking for someone to join our team who can help us fulfill online orders and assist with customer service. Experience with any type of social media would be a bonus but not required. We operate a materials supply business for woodworking, metalworking, knife making, and other types of artisans.
Job duties include:
- Printing order sheets from website and online sales platforms(Shopify, Ebay, Etsy)
- Pick items for orders
- Package orders and print labels
- Assist customers with orders over the phone and in person
- Respond to customer emails and calls
- Assist with other tasks such as inventory, trade show prep, labeling products, etc.
- If you have experience or a desire to assist with social media accounts such as Instagram and Facebook that would be a bonus but not required.

- Ability to lift 30-40 pounds
- Capable of using technology such as computers, label printers, etc.
This position is needed approx 15-25 hours per week during normal business hours(M-F) although we can be pretty flexible on the schedule. We usually work around school schedules and begin around 8:30am and end by 4:00 every day. We do not work on federal holidays.
**You will have to be able to pass a background check and drug test.**

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
