What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bookkeeper position at Makej LLC?
We're hiring a Bookkeeper to join our Finance team at MAKEJ LLC: a fast-growing B2B wholesale distributor of premium consumer electronics and audio brands headquartered in Doral, FL.
What you'll do: Support our ongoing migration from QuickBooks Enterprise to NetSuite, assist with daily bookkeeping operations, and transition into a data entry role as the system goes live.
What we're looking for:
- 2 years of bookkeeping experience in a wholesale, distribution, or multi-entity environment
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite or SAP (required)
- Familiarity with QuickBooks Enterprise
- Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data reconciliation)
- Experience with bank reconciliations and A/P or A/R workflows
- Bilingual English/Spanish (required)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Ability to start immediately or in the short term preferred
Location: 100% on-site · Doral, FL · Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm Type: Full-time Compensation: Competitive, commensurate with experience
