What You Will Be Doing
Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts and serve as the primary service contact for clients.
Handle renewals, endorsements, certificates, policy changes, audits, and billing questions.
Prepare submissions, obtain quotes, and review coverage options with carriers.
Work closely with producers to market new and renewal business.
Coordinate with underwriters to secure coverage and negotiate terms.
Analyze client exposures and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
Maintain accurate policy documentation in the agency management system.
Assist clients with claims reporting and follow up when needed.
Stay ahead of policy expiration dates and renewal timelines.
Build strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal team members.
What We Are Looking For
3 or more years of commercial insurance experience.
Active Florida 220 or 440 insurance license preferred.
Strong understanding of commercial coverage and underwriting.
Experience with agency management systems such as AMS360 or EPIC is a plus.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts while delivering excellent client service.
