Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Manager located in Houston, TX. The Site Manager will oversee day-to-day on-site operations, ensuring property turnovers and maintenance services are executed efficiently and meet quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with property managers, owners, and vendors, supervising projects, managing schedules, and ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. The Site Manager must ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain effective communication to address challenges promptly and reliably.

Reports directly to VP of Operations.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, time management, and project coordination skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Leadership and team supervision experience, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address on-site challenges and ensure timely completion of projects
• Knowledge of property maintenance practices, vendor management, and safety compliance procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients, vendors, and team members
• Proficiency in using scheduling software and tracking tools to streamline and monitor operations
• Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
