Wish Alumni interns will assist with alumni programming and mission extension efforts, facilitate our Post Wish Survey process, and support alumni engagement
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist Wish Alumni Manager with all aspects of alumni programming and engagement
- Solicit InKind donations for alumni events
- Assist with logistics for all alumni attended events
- Create, edit and update marketing collateral for all alumni attended events
- Assist in managing and promoting engagement in the Wish Alumni Facebook group.
- Support Alumni and donor stewardship
- Data entry utilizing Salesforce and Excel
- Maintain files and update spread sheets
- Facilitate the Post Wish Survey process from start to finish
- Contact wish families to encourage participation in Wish Alumni activities including post wish surveys
- Experience working with children and families, program development experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and writing skills.
- High energy level, a professional appearance, and a "gogetter" attitude.
- Must be comfortable speaking on the phone, making cold calls to local organizations, and have a personable and friendly demeanor.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fastpaced, collaborative environment are critical.
- Selfstarter with drive and motivation and the ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Experience with Canva and creating marketing collateral a plus.
