Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Worker, Mover, and Occasional Box Truck Driver! Worker needed for in warehouse work, organizing furniture as well as occasional furniture pick up and deliveries. Work Location: In person. This position is for an energetic role, ensuring smooth movement of goods, efficient inventory management, and safe handling of materials. Strong, ability to lift furniture, load and unload truck. Follow directions, must be organized and follow through on tasks. 20-24 hours a week. $16.95 per hour working for NON PROFIT, serving entire state of Connecticut. Polite and able to work with customers and work independently. Whether you're loading trucks, organizing inventory, or driving deliveries, your contribution is vital to our success.
Schedule is Wednesday-Friday, occasionally needed on Saturdays.
- Able to lift and move heavy furniture and boxes

Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments
- Assist in shipping and receiving processes by verifying incoming and outgoing goods against purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Load and unload trucks manually or with mechanical equipment, ensuring safe handling of all materials.
- Support warehouse operations by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and safety.
- Occasionally drive box trucks , must have previous experience driving box truck for local deliveries or pickups, following all traffic laws and safety procedures.
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow, improve processes, and ensure safety standards are met consistently.
- Prior experience in warehouse distribution or warehouse operations is highly preferred.
