Responsibilities of our Frontier Account Representative include:
- Meet with customers in person to introduce them to our client’s fiberoptic internet services and explain the benefits of reliable, high-speed connectivity
- Stay informed about the latest promotions, bundles, and service updates so you can make the best recommendations for each household or business
- Guide customers through the enrollment and account setup process, ensuring accuracy and professionalism in all documentation
- Follow compliance and quality standards while representing the client’s brand in a positive and professional manner
- Collaborate with your team to share strategies, monitor customer engagement trends, and support overall campaign success
