- Serve high-net-worth and emerging affluent clients through a planning-first model that emphasizes relationships over transactions.
- Receive qualified referrals from an industry-leading referral network, giving you a consistent flow of new opportunities.

Qualifications
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP®)
- Advisors who are naturally outgoing and entrepreneurial
- 5–10 years of experience in client-facing financial advisory or wealth management roles

Pay range and compensation package
- Base salary: $120,000–$170,000
- First-year earnings: $200,000–$250,000 (salary bonus)
- Second-year potential: $500,000 as business grows

- Equity participation: Stock Appreciation Rights (SARS) with 2-year vesting—convertible into B shares with a favorable loan option (4.5% fixed).
