Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Randolph, NJ, for a Mechanic. The Mechanic will be responsible for performing equipment maintenance and repairs, conducting preventive maintenance to minimize downtime, and troubleshooting mechanical and technical issues. Day-to-day activities may include servicing heavy equipment, inspecting and diagnosing mechanical problems, and ensuring all machinery operates efficiently and safely. The role requires maintaining a high standard of operational readiness within the company's facilities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Maintenance & Repair practices
- Experience working with Heavy Equipment and ensuring operational efficiency
- Strong Troubleshooting skills for identifying and resolving equipment-related issues
- Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance with industry standards
- Strong technical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment is a plus
- Relevant technical certifications or vocational training preferred
