Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Painter located in Chicago, IL. The Painter will be responsible for preparing painting surfaces, applying paints, coatings and varnishes, and ensuring high-quality finishes. Daily tasks include mixing and matching paint colors, using spray painting techniques, and maintaining tools and work areas. The Painter will also work on decorating projects and may be required to perform minor repairs and touch-ups.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Paint, Painting, and Spray Painting techniques
- Experience in Painting and Decorating
- Knowledge of various Coatings and their applications
- Detail-oriented and capable of achieving a high-quality finish
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks
- Relevant certifications or vocational training in painting is a plus
- High School diploma or equivalent
